At Andean Ecotravel S.A.C. – Travel and Tourism Agency, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting the rights of children and adolescents, promoting an ethical, safe, and responsible tourism. In compliance with Law No. 29408 – General Tourism Law and the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents against Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (ESNNA), we assume the following duties and commitments:

- âś” We reject all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA) and uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward any act that threatens their integrity or rights.
- âś” We refrain from offering, promoting, or facilitating programs, tours, or services that are directly or indirectly related to ESNNA, and from guiding tourists to places where such illegal activities may occur.
- âś” We provide ongoing training to our staff and strategic partners, strengthening their knowledge of laws, standards, and protocols for preventing ESNNA.
- âś” We disseminate educational and awareness materials on the prevention of sexual exploitation in tourism spaces, directed at our clients and partners.
- âś” We display visible symbols and preventive messages in our offices, vehicles, and digital media, reaffirming our rejection of ESNNA and our commitment to responsible tourism.
- âś” We promptly report to the competent authorities any case or suspicion of sexual exploitation of children or adolescents that we become aware of during our activities.
- âś” We include preventive clauses in our contracts and partnerships, establishing a shared rejection of sexual exploitation and a commitment to act according to the ESNNA Code of Conduct.
